• Provides inservices and education to staff and patients on specialized care topics.
• Collects and analyzes data for benchmarking and performance improvement.
• Coordinates post-hospitalization care, discharge planning, and referrals for ongoing care.
• Promotes professional development and adherence to nursing processes and professional standards.
