Evergreen Treatment Services in Renton is seeking a Nursing Care Coordinator (RN/LPN) to join the dispensary team. This full-time onsite role supports mission-driven care, coordinating patient care and education from Monday to Friday, with shifts starting 5:00 am.

The position emphasizes trauma-informed, patient-centered care, collaboration with medical staff, and adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a accredited nursing program with an active LPN or RN license in Washington state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) or dispensary operations.
• Experience coordinating patient care and nursing functions.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and communication with external agencies to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide direct nursing care per the nursing process with compassion and professionalism.
• Disseminate medications as prescribed and document outcomes and adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and other providers for patient care clarity and orders.
• Educate patients on health, wellness, and treatment options.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation in EMR.
