Job summary

Evergreen Treatment Services in Renton is seeking a Nursing Care Coordinator (RN or LPN) to join our dispensary team on-site. The role supports continuity of care and patient outcomes, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Salary ranges from $82,000 to $100,000, with a midpoint of $92,000; new hires may start between min and midpoint based on experience and equity. This is a full-time, onsite position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active LPN or RN license in Washington.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) or dispensary operations is required.
• Ability to coordinate patient care and collaborate with medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nurse education and onboarding as needed.
• Maintain daily coordination of care with agencies and providers.
• Provide direct nursing care and patient education.
