BronxCare Health System seeks an experienced nursing professional to assist the Nurse Manager in coordinating patient care on a shift within a unit. The role emphasizes supervision of nursing activities, adherence to hospital standards, and collaboration with the Nurse Manager to maintain quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of nursing experience, demonstrate leadership, and hold an NYS RN license with a BSN (or related field).

Two (2) years nursing experience preferred.
Demonstrates leadership abilities.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
Qualified with NYS RN license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.

Mansioni

Establish and maintain professional relationships with patients, visitors and staff.
Assist in coordinating nursing care on a shift within a unit.
Participate in performance/improvement activities and CQI teams.
Assist staff in implementing and evaluating the nursing regimen.
Verify equipment safety, assess supply use and manage resources.
Provide feedback and coaching to staff in consultation with the Nurse Manager.
