NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Nursing Attendant for the Post Partum unit on the Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital campus. The role supports nurses and ICU technicians, monitors vitals, assists with meals and transports, and remains dedicated to patient comfort and hospitality.

The position is full-time, evening shifts (3:00pm–11:15pm), working five shifts per week with every other weekend. Must meet CNA/Nurse Aide requirements and CPR certification.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Current CPR Training from the American Heart Association is required.
• Previous Nurse’s Aide experience in a hospital setting is required.
• Certification from an approved accredited Nurse Aide training program is required.
• Current enrollment in a BSN program - junior year level and/or completion of at least one clinical practicum is required.

Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care.

This is a full time evening shift position, 3:00pm- 11:15 pm, 5 shifts per week, every other weekend, located at NewYork-Presbyterian/Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.

Required Criteria

Must meet one of the following:

High school diploma or GED is required

Current CPR Training from the American Heart Association is required

Previous Nurse’s Aide experience in a hospital setting

Certification from an approved accredited Nurse Aid training program

Current enrollment in a BSN program - at the junior year level and/orcompletion ofat least one clinical practicum

Salary Range:

$25.89-$27.52/Hourly
