The NA performs patient care activities, as delegated, and adheres to patient safety measures. The NA demonstrates personal and professional effectiveness. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Licensure/Specialized Training: A. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic Life Support from a hospital-based American Heart Association (AHA) approved program. Other certificates as required by unit/service. Work Experience: Related experience preferred but not required.
