Job summary

Augusta Health in Fishersville, VA seeks an Environmental Services/Infection Control support to maintain infection control standards in the operating room between procedures and during terminal cleaning.

You will assist in preparing surgical suites, handling equipment, transfers, and transport, and may access medication storage areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Annual competencies to be completed each year.
• Annual education required per hospital certification(s).
• HIPAA confidentiality.
