The University of Michigan's Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor is seeking a Nursing Assistant (Temporary) to support patient care under licensed nurses. The role includes assisting with patient care, moving and positioning patients, and helping maintain equipment and the clinical environment.
Part-time, onsite position with opportunities for hybrid work at the discretion of the department. Applicants must be enrolled in nursing or hold Nurse Aide certification.

An auxiliary person who assists the nurse in providing care to patients and is under the supervision of a professional nurse. Assists in obtaining and caring for equipment. Helps maintain a safe and clean environment within the patient unit.
Must currently be enrolled in a Nursing program and have completed at least oneclinical rotation or have Nurse Aide certification.
Must be able to perform a wide range of physical activities which include moving, transporting and positioning patients and equipment as well and constantly positioning self to provide patient care and related duties.
