Doctors Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, TX seeks a certified nursing assistant to provide safe, patient-centered care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. You will be part of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit, upholding service excellence standards and contributing to positive patient experiences.

Qualifications include CNA certificate, BLS certification, and completion of pre-employment assessments; CPI de-escalation training within six months is preferred.

Job Summary

Provides safe, competent patient-centered care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. The certified nursing assistant provides care under the direction of the registered nurse or physician. Participates as an active member of the Nursing Team on the assigned unit/department. Supports an organizational culture for Service Excellence and practices the Service Excellence Standards to all customer groups.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED
