Qualifications
- Master's degree required; Doctoral degree or enrollment in doctoral program preferred.
- Ohio RN license required for nurses; Ohio APRN license required for advanced practice nurses.
- Two years of recent experience in related discipline required.
- Experience in higher education preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervises student patient care delivery in clinical, classroom and laboratory settings.
- Assesses and evaluates skill development; teaches and evaluates nursing technique.
- Holds seminars; maintains records; provides reports; prepares and delivers didactic lecturers.
- Evaluates student learning and updates teaching materials as necessary.
