Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education or academic leadership.
• Strong student service and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor nursing students and guide academic progression.
• Support retention and graduation initiatives.
• Oversee NCLEX preparation and tutoring programs.
• Coordinate admissions processes and student evaluations.
• Collaborate with faculty and campus leadership to promote student success.
• Fulfill faculty responsibilities as needed.
