Job summary
The Veterans Health Administration, Seattle VA Medical Center, seeks a Nursing Assistant to join the Float Team, providing hands-on care to patients under RN supervision.

Qualifications
- Six months of general experience or equivalent
- Education above high school or NA training program
- Proficiency in spoken and written English as per VA standards
- GS-3/GS-4/GS-5 KSAs include care planning, observation, and communication
- Ability to assist in full range of nursing care under RN supervision
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support nursing staff and clinicians in patient care
- Monitor patient status and report changes to RN
- Provide patient education and comfort measures
- Maintain patient privacy and safety
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
