Qualifications

• HS Diploma: High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
• 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic nursing skills, procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret data and instructions in various formats.
• Basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Written and verbal communication with team members, patients, and staff.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; follow policies to meet deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications and EHR/EPIC systems.
• Work both independently and in team; handle interruptions and multiple tasks.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems using established options.
• Ensure PHI privacy.
• Build collaborative relationships to achieve objectives.
