What You'll Do

As a Unit Helper, you will receive hands‑on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry‑level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You may also have the option to attend an LNA class and clinicals to help prepare you to take the Licensed Nursing Assistant exam.

Rate of Pay

USD $15.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications of a Nursing Assistant Trainee include:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Passion for healthcare and a desire to learn and grow in a Long‑Term Care setting
• Compassionate and empathetic nature
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
