Laurel Ridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, invites you to join as a Nursing Assistant Trainee in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The 5-week training runs Mon-Fri from 8am-2pm, with hands-on mentorship to prepare for the CNA exam.

Upon successful training, a guaranteed full-time position awaits. Starting pay is USD 18.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a Great Place to Work environment.

What You'll Do:

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn under the guidance of experienced healthcare professionals. You will attend class, lab instruction and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.
