Job summary

Laurel Ridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation in Ridgefield, CT is inviting applicants to join its paid CNA training program. As a Nursing Assistant Trainee you will receive hands-on care experience, classroom instruction, and mentorship to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant exam.

The program runs five weeks, Monday through Friday, 8am–2pm, with a guaranteed full-time position after training. Starting pay is USD 18.00 per hour, and the team offers a supportive environment and

• Engage in training programs to gain knowledge of healthcare protocols and procedures.
• Learn and apply fundamental nursing skills under supervision.
• Assist nursing staff in providing daily care to residents.
• Support residents with activities of daily living, including bathing and grooming.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the well-being of residents.
