Job summary

Stone Bridge Center for Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is offering a Nursing Assistant Trainee role in Newtown, CT. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop essential skills for resident care, attending class, labs, and clinical experiences to prepare for the CNA exam.

You will participate in structured training, learn basic nursing skills under supervision, and support the care team to ensure residents receive compassionate daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Interest in the nursing needs of residents with the ability to work with both.
• Desire to learn and grow in a Long‑Term Care setting.

As a Nursing Assistant Trainee, you will receive hands‑on training and mentorship to develop essential skills in providing care to our residents.
