NURSING ASSISTANT/TECH PARTNER - PCU 1D - CASUAL

Job Summary

The Technical Partner provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the RN or LPN.

Essential Job Functions
  • Deliver patient care according to hospital policies and standards.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Collect, document, and report patient data accurately.
  • Perform skills such as vital signs, applying devices, and basic procedures.
  • Maintain a safe environment and ensure proper supplies and infection control practices.
  • Participate in educational, performance improvement, and survey readiness activities.
  • Act as a patient advocate and mentor to new staff or students.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
  • Completion of a Nurse Aide or comparable program, or related experience.
  • Strong judgment, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Nurse Aide certification.
  • Experience in patient care, computer skills, Phlebotomy, EKG.
  • Current Nursing Student with clinical experience.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Current BLS (American Heart Association).
  • Act 33, 34, 73 FBI Clearance with renewal.
Additional Information

This role is part-time, with scheduled shifts based on operational needs, including rotating shifts and local travel between facilities. The position involves physical demands such as lifting and moving patients and equipment, following safety protocols and PPE requirements.
