Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified in BLS for Healthcare Providers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with RN to organize work and set priorities.
• Perform personal care skills as directed.
• Carry out basic nursing assistant skills per RI licensing.
• Assist with rehabilitation activities and activities of living.
• Maintain safe environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Document data in the EHR and clinical records; respond in emergencies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
