Responsibilities

Provide instruction for assigned Nursing Assistant classes (class, lab, clinical).
Mentor other instructors and program trainers in lectures and labs.
Maintain on-site office hours during clinical, classroom, and lab times.
Stay current with industry needs to meet workplace outcomes.
Participate in advisory committee meetings and industry relationships.
Assess student learning and curriculum effectiveness.
Maintain diverse, respectful classroom environments and accurate records.
Refer students to Student Services and collaborate to support success.
Keep course syllabi up to date and coordinate with other departments.
Support recruitment, retention, and job placement activities for graduates.
