Job summary

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Sewickley Campus - is actively hiring a Nursing Assistant - Personal Care to provide compassionate daily living support to residents. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and help maintain a safe environment under supervision.

Requirements include a PA Nursing Assistant registry, DHS medication administration training, and diabetic certification recertification. Competitive benefits and flexible scheduling options are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current status on the Pennsylvania Nursing Assistant registry.
• Must pass DHS approved medication administration class.
• Completion of diabetic certification by a certified diabetic educator- maintain annual recertification.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such actions.
• CPR and First Aid with hands-on skills testing required within three months of hire.
• Must communicate effectively and have strong organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance and support to residents.
• Administer medications per physician orders and MAR, with trainer reviews twice yearly.
• Take and record vital signs (TPR) and monitor intake/output.
• Maintain clean, safe, and orderly resident environments and assist with mobility and activities.
• Report changes, communicate with team, and participate in shift handoffs.
