Qualifications

• Knowledge - Skills and Abilities: ability to observe patient status and report deviations to supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support in Nursing Service including escort services and patient transport.
• Assist licensed nursing staff in the care of patients/residents receiving preventive, acute, sub-acute, chronic, maintenance, and hospice care.
• Care for patients/residents across day, evening, and night shifts and document pertinent information in the electronic medical record.
• Recognize and react to emergent patient care situations and intervene while awaiting assistance.
