Job summary

Diversity Group seeks a Nursing Assistant to support patients across outpatient, inpatient, home, and community settings. Under close supervision, you will assist with basic nursing duties for patients with acute to chronic conditions and participate in care planning and documentation.

The role requires English proficiency, up to GS-5 level KSAs, and ability to communicate with the care team. Shifts include days and nights; benefits and PTO are discussed in the selection process.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency in written and spoken form.
• Six months of general experience or equivalent education/training.
• Progression through GS-3 to GS-5 with KSAs and nursing care duties.
• Ability to observe and report changes to the supervisor promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision.
• Take measurements and monitor patient status as assigned.
• Document care and observations in charts or forms.
• Assist with basic nursing procedures and care planning.
• Contribute to a clean and safe patient environment and infection control.
