Job summary

Southcoast Health System, Inc. in Fall River, MA is seeking a HUC‑Nursing Assistant for a 32‑hour day shift with weekend and holiday rotation.

A $1,200 new hire sign‑on bonus is available for this position. Under general supervision, you will perform a variety of office, secretarial and patient‑care duties, coordinate services for the nursing unit, assist with basic care, hygiene, mobility and nutrition, and help ensure a safe patient environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Massachusetts Nursing Assistant Certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Meditech computer system experience preferred.
• Vaccination against influenza and COVID-19 or approved exemption may be required.
• 3+ months related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of office, secretarial and patient-care duties.
• Coordinate ancillary services and requests for equipment and supplies.
• Assist the Manager with patient care and unit duties as directed.
