Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to join a compassionate team dedicated to resident comfort and quality of life. You'll support residents alongside RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, with on-the-job mentorship to prepare for the CNA exam.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good listening and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and compassionate care.
• Willing to obtain CNA certification (training paid by us).
• 18 years of age or older and able to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Assist with basic care and activities of daily living.

Duties and Responsibilities: Nursing Assistant ( NA )

A NA’s primary responsibilities are to ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs,to provide more advanced care. You'll be mentored by some of our most experienced nurses to help you learn on the job and prepare you to take the CNA exam. Our nursing assistants have a variety of tasks and are key players at our facility.
