Allina Health is seeking a conditioned Nursing Assistant to assist in delivering patient care under RN supervision at our Minnesota facilities.
You will help with meals, hygiene, mobility and vital signs, while documenting observations and supporting safety and comfort. The role supports day/night shifts and every other weekend rotations under a union contract.

Under the direct supervision of a RN, assists in the delivery of patient care. This includes performing personal care such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving and transporting patients, or changing linens. Collects and documents vital signs and other observations of patients.
Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range Pay Range: $21.33 to $27.78 per hour The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
