Job Summary

Facilitate patient care by performing basic, age-appropriate nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse. Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and abilities to care for the age groups served. Exhibit interpersonal skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude to support unit functioning.

Qualifications

• Certified BLS Provider (American Heart Association) within 3 months of hire
• Current Michigan Nurse Aide certification or equivalent experience (e.g., 6 months acute care experience, or first-year nursing student)
• High School diploma or equivalent
