As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct care for residents at Ridgewood. Responsibilities include assisting residents with eating, drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning, and positioning, as well as documenting the care provided. Nursing Assistants will also complete over-the-counter treatments as instructed and respond to resident call bells within 4 minutes.

This entry-level position offers paid on-the-job training. The pay rate ranges from $18.50/hour up to $20.00/hour, with $1.00 shift differentials for afternoon/midnight shifts and $1.50 differential for weekend shifts. Full-time, part-time, and casual positions are available, including some weekend shifts. A $2,000.00 Retention Bonus for FT and $1,000.00 for PT are offered.

Employees working at least 28 hours per week are eligible for an additional $1.50/hour. Contact HR for more details.
