The Role You’ll Contribute

Perform duties as assigned and directed by the licensed nurse, in compliance with established standards and protocols of the department.

• Assist with safe and effective patient care as a team member
• Ensure personal hygiene and comfort care for all patients
• Assess skin condition for potential breakdown; implement preventative measures per protocol; communicate changes to the nurse
• Keep patient rooms neat and clean
• Respond promptly to nurse/patient intercom system

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
