Job summary

Concordia at Bethlen is seeking Non-Certified Nursing Assistants (NA) to join our team at Ligonier Gardens-Personal Care. We offer full-time shifts at 6:00AM-2:30PM and 10:00PM-6:30AM, with part-time and casual options.

A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available for the next four hires before Aug 30, 2026, and we provide on-demand pay so you can access your earnings as you work. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and direct care certification to be pursued with our support.

Qualifications

• Direct Care Certification – we pay you to obtain this!
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
• Documenting the care that was provided
• Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
• Answering resident call bells
