Essentia Health’s St Josephs Medical Center in Brainerd/Baxter, MN is hiring a Nursing Assistant to provide direct patient care underRN supervision. The role covers personal hygiene, feeding support, comfort care, safe transfers, and vital sign checks to contribute to patient safety and healing.

Qualifications

• Must meet ONE of the following requirements: 6 months of patient care experience; completion of clinical rotations; EH Nursing Assistant Foundation course within 90 days of hire; current registration on state CNA registry.
• BLS certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from hire date.
