Baptist Health Floyd's 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit seeks a Nursing Assistant to join the team on the day shift. This full-time role (36 hours weekly) operates 7am–7pm under the direction of registered nurses, contributing to patient care and unit operations on a 44-bed medical-surgical unit known for piloting new ideas.

Qualifications include current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification; a high school diploma or CNA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide delegated aspects of patient care under the nurse's supervision.
