Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd seeks an RN or LPN to join the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week, daytime shifts from 7am to 7pm, with every 4th weekend required. Self-scheduling is offered and reflects our teamwork-driven unit.

Qualified candidates hold Indiana or compact RN/LPN licenses and BLS certification. Sign-on bonus eligibility is noted for experienced external candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN or LPN license required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• Full-time position on the 3AC Medical Inpatient Innovation Unit with 36 hours weekly.
• Weekends: every 4th weekend for nurses; self-scheduling is supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with on-shift team to meet patient, family, and co-worker needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to unit protocols.
