Baptist Health Citizens Hospital in Talladega, AL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (7p-7a). You’ll work in a 122-bed Acute Medical/Surgical Unit, delivering patient-centered care, coordinating with the team, and supporting the hospital’s commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year of nursing assistant work experience within the past five years may be substituted for training.
• Maintains current BLS/HealthCare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutrition.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized patient environment.
• Communicates patient information and safety concerns to the RN or team.
• Transports and delivers items, equipment, and medications throughout the facility.
• Performs routine assessments and documents pertinent patient data.
