Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• CNA certification or equivalent nursing assistant training.
• BLS certification maintained.
• Alabama CNA or LPN licensure may be required per policy.
• Experience in patient care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutrition.
• Provide routine treatments and maintain a safe, clean patient environment.
• Maintain patient safety and confidentiality, follow standard precautions.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges and document vitals.
• Respond to patient call lights and coordinate with RN for care needs.
