Responsibilities

The Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide (Resident Assistant) provides high-quality personal care and services to support residents’ Personally Designed Living choices, in accordance with regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience helpful but not required for Assisted Living roles.
• Competencies in person-directed practice, elder/resident-directed care, home building, critical thinking, teamwork, self-leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Alignment with PHS mission and philosophies.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to communicate effectively.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay is $19.41 - $22.34 per hour, based on qualifications and market conditions. Actual pay may vary.
