Job summary

OhioHealth Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Columbus, OH, seeks a Nursing Assistant for Full Time Night Shift. The role includes 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, plus every other weekend, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

On-site duties include vital signs, daily patient care, meal delivery, mobility assistance, and patient transport. Minimum qualifications: HS diploma/GED or 3+ years experience; BLS within 90 days. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: hospital experience or CNA certification or related field.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight, and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care, such as bathing, oral hygiene, shaving and hair care.
• Deliver meals and snacks, and document oral intake for patients unable to feed themselves.
• Turn and position immobile patients safely and assist with mobility programs.
• Transport patients to designated areas, such as to and from various treatment centers.
