Paramount Senior Living is hiring a Nursing Assistant to help residents with daily activities and provide compassionate support. Training is provided, and no experience is required. After 90 days, eligible team members may qualify for Free Med Tech Training to grow into new roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR or First Aid certification is a plus, not required.
• No prior experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities.
• Assist with personal care needs.
• Offer support and companionship.
• Help keep resident rooms clean and safe.
• Follow care instructions from nurses.
• Work as part of a care team.
• Complete other assigned duties.
