Job summary

Paramount Senior Living is seeking a compassionate nursing assistant to provide hands-on support to residents under the supervision of nursing staff. No experience is required; training is provided to get you started.

You will assist residents with daily activities, offer companionship, help with mobility and safety, and collaborate with nurses to maintain a respectful, safe environment. We offer Next Day Pay, tuition reimbursement, PTO, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Willing to complete our free training program.
• Experience in caregiving or working with seniors (not required).
