• Completion of CNA program or clinical rotations is required.
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross (or Allina in-house training within 30 days).
• Must be 18 years of age or 17 with HS diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal care/interventions as assigned.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, positioning and ROM.
• Collects and documents vital signs and health status data.
• Assists RN with admission, transfer, discharge and post-mortem care.
• May transport medications within the site.
• Observes and reports patient conditions to RN and documents accordingly.
