Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care within our Navicent Health Medical Center. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, glucose checks, and safe patient transport under RN supervision.

Responsibilities include electrode placement for monitoring, post-mortem care, maintaining a clean care environment, and education for patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification or patient care experience preferred.

Department: 34102 Navicent Health Medical Center - Nursing Float Pool Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Variable Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 The Nursing Assistant at Atrium Health Navicent assists in providing patient care under direct supervision and control of the Registered Nurse. Assists in maintaining a clean, and safe patient environment and performs job responsibilities in a safe manner. Maintains clinical and professional competencies as appropriate to the needs of the patient population served.
