Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our patient care team in Massachusetts. Under RN supervision, you will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support safety and infection control across a 36-hour weekly day shift schedule (three 12-hour shifts).
Qualifications include a high school diploma and Basic Life Support, with 30 days to obtain BLS if not currently certified.

Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Basic Life Support/BLS Required. New Hires/transfers will have 30 days to obtain BLS certification.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Basic ability to read, write and perform basic four-function math. Ability to obtain knowledge of medical terminology, basic personal computer skills, and interpersonal skills.

$20.00 - $26.92 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
