Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves helping with daily living activities, vital signs, intake/output, nutrition, and safety in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, basic clinical tasks, and supporting infection control and patient safety initiatives. Requires a high school diploma and BLS certification with on-going education and teamwork.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Education: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
Licensure, Certification, Registration: Basic Life Support/BLS Required. New Hires/transfers will have 30 days to obtain BLS certification.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Basic ability to read, write and perform basic four-function math. Ability to obtain knowledge of medical terminology, basic personal computer skills, and interpersonal skills.
Experience: None.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.92

Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
