Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinate daily patient care activities on the unit.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain inventory and reorder supplies for the unit.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
