Job summary

Belamour Care in Vancouver and Battle Ground, WA, is seeking CNAs and HCAs to join our small, family‑owned homes. We provide compassionate care in a warm, home‑like setting where residents enjoy dignity, comfort, and meaningful moments with caregivers.

You’ll perform personal care, assist with meals, monitor well‑being, and help residents stay safe and engaged. We offer flexible shifts and a supportive team in a purpose‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HCA certification preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on personal care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitoring resident well-being and vital signs.
• Supporting mobility and daily activities.
• Preparing meals and assisting with dining.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Communicating with team mates and leadership.
• Creating meaningful moments through companionship and engagement.

What We're Looking For

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour
