MP-1 is a 24 bed unit with 18 telemetry beds and 6 step-down beds.
Statement of Purpose:
Nursing assistant is responsible for providing patient care under the direction/supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma and/ or equivalent.
Certification: Current CPR skills
Experience:
Must have at least one of the following:
One-year nursing assistant experience,
Completion of an NA training program
Current nursing assistant certification (CNA)
MRMC nursing assistant training program participant
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $5.00hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
