Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Memory Care. We offer full‑time or part‑time roles with Day, Evening, or Night shifts.

Starting pay is $22/hour (based on experience) with shift premiums of $3.50 for evenings and $2.50 for nights, plus weekend differential. A PA Nursing Assistant Certification is required.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Nursing Assistant Certification in the State of PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands‑on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions and respond to individual needs.
• Create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while promoting dignity and independence.

As a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Memory Care, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care while assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals. You will monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, respond to their individual needs, and help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Through patience, kindness, and personalized care, you will help promote residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life while building meaningful connections along the way.
