Job summary

Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is hiring a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Memory Care to support residents living with dementia. You will provide hands-on care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals, while monitoring changes and communicating needs to the team.

The role emphasizes compassion, patient dignity, and building meaningful connections. Full-time or part-time schedules are available with shift premiums and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• A current and valid Nursing Assistant Certification in the State of PA.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents living with dementia.
• Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions and respond to individual needs.

Pay: Starting at $22/hour (Based on experience)

PLUS, Shift Premiums including $3.50 for Evening Shifts & $2.50 for Night Shifts & additional $1 Shift Differential for Weekends!

As a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Memory Care, you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. You will provide compassionate, hands‑on care while assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals. You will monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, respond to their individual needs, and help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. Through patience, kindness, and personalized care, you will help promote residents' dignity, independence, and quality of life while building meaningful connections along the way.

Requirements As a Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Memory Care
