The Role:

The Clinical Associate (CA) is a non-licensed support person who functions as a member of the patient care team. The CA provides direct patient care and performs duties as designated by their competency level to ensure optimal patient care. The CA works under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Qualifications:

Required:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No Previous Experience Required
• BCLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Completion of 1st Semester of Clinical Nursing in an Accredited School of Nursing
• 1+ Years of related experience
• CNA or PCT Course completion
