The Role You’ll Contribute

The Clinical Associate (CA) is a non-licensed support person who functions as a member of the patient care team. The CA is responsible for providing direct patient care and other duties as assigned, based on competency, to ensure optimal patient care. The CA works under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No Previous Experience Required
• BCLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Successful completion of the 1st Semester of Clinical Nursing in an accredited nursing program
• 1 Year of related experience
• CNA or PCT course completion
